Think gourmet BBQ – on steroids!

Why Braai? Our head chef Evert van Niekerk is why. Born and bred in South Africa, Evert carries with him a part of South African culture that has endured for generations, the desire to cook over the open flame. Braai is practically a national sport in South Africa, it is a way of life, it’s a time to gather, share each other’s company. It is generous and always delicious. Braai is an occasion for all to enjoy and perfect for the whole family.

We look forward to sharing delicious flavours from the chargrill, live music and all-round good times when you join us by the fire this Winter.
