GENERAL 

• Golding Wines is committed to the responsible service of alcohol and has a policy to serve visitors in a responsible, friendly and professional manner. Staff will not serve any person under the age of 18 years or people who obtain alcohol for people under 18 years.
• Golding Wines reserves the right pursuant to section 125 of the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 to refuse service  to any intoxicated or disorderly persons nor any visitor who is under the influence of drugs. Any person  found to be in possession of drugs or consume drugs on premises will be evicted.
• Under no circumstances is outside BYO alcohol permitted on the property.
• Guests attending are financially responsible for any damages sustained to any part of the Golding  property. Guests must pay in full for any missing, broken or lost items.
• Due to the family nature of our venue we do not accept any themed bookings & dress-up parties (e.g. hen  & buck shows, bridal showers, unsupervised 18th’s & 21st’s) without prior arrangement and consent by management.
