Gamay Fest is back!

Join us at Golding Wines on Sunday 27 September for the only festival dedicated to celebrating Gamay in our region. Presented by Golding Wines and featuring 12 incredible Adelaide Hills Gamay producers, this is your chance to taste, explore and fall in love with this delicious, vibrant and food-friendly red variety in a beautiful setting, in the heart of the Hills.

Your entry ticket includes a mystery pour of Gamay from one of our participating producers and a main meal from one of our food stalls.  

Keen to take a deeper dive into the world of Gamay? We will also be running a hosted Gamay Masterclass on the day with the makers and viticulturalists discussing all things Gamay and the nuances you will find across the various sites Gamay is grown in the Adelaide Hills. Think structured but informal - there will be loads of conversation and the opportunity to ask questions if you feel like getting amongst it. Just bring your tastebuds and a sense of curiosity!

Come hungry! We'll have a handful of live food stations serving up delicious, hearty fare throughout the festival. Expect wood-fired sandwiches, gourmet pies, Alpine raclette and a charcuterie board, plus something sweet from our loaded donut and gelati stations.

Families are welcome, with free admission for under 18s. If the sun is shining, there will games on the lawn and plenty of room to spread out.
