Join us at Golding Wines for our annual Winter Wine Fest, a wintry and flavour-filled celebration as part of the Adelaide Hills Winter Reds Festival. It’s the ultimate excuse to head for the Hills this July — where roaring fires, fab company, and great wines await.

This year, we’re turning up the heat in The Barn, with soul-warming eats, delicious red wines, and a seriously good vibe. Plus our heated marquees are the perfect outdoor location to enjoy the day.

Expect a menu of hearty, seasonal food designed to pair perfectly with our estate-grown reds — think bold flavours, comforting textures, and everything you crave on a crisp winter’s day. Our favourite DJ, Tania from Choons & Moovz, will be spinning laid-back sets all weekend, setting the soundtrack for your perfect Hills escape.

Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th July - 10:00am - 5:00pm

$20pp.  Regional Festival Ticket. Applicable if we are your first Winter Reds venue stop and includes your take home Adelaide Hills wine glass. If we are your secondary stop, you just need to arrive with your glass for entry.

This year we are teaming up with our good friends at Vinteloper to bring you the ultimate Winter Reds experience. Celebrate all that is wonderful about the northern end of our region, spending time at both Golding Wines and Vinteloper over one day of delicious food, wine and great vibes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reserve a table for my group?

Our events are first in best dressed! So get in early if you'd like to secure a space at the venue in a particular location. However, rest assured that we will have enough seating for all patrons throughout the day.

Can I attend your event free of charge?

The $20 event fee includes your take home Adelaide Hills wine glass and is required for your attendance of the event. We will have these for purchase on the day. This fee is not applicable if you have a wine glass from another Winter Reds venue.

Do I have to pre-purchase a ticket to your event?

No. A pre-purchased ticket is not required. We are a General Admission venue, pay your entry fee on the day and come on in!

Will you have food available on the day?

Yes, we have a full menu for you to choose from and enjoy. We cater to all dietaries, simply ask one of our team for more information regarding your preferences.

Is there necessary transport available to me?

The hills can be a tricky place to navigate when it comes to Taxis, UBER's and other modes of public transport. Please note that Taxi's and UBER's can have significant delays on arrival. Be sure to pre-plan your travel prior to the day.

I have a group booked on an independent bus coming from another venue, do we have to book in?
