It’s time to treat Dad with a delicious lunch for Father’s Day!

Enjoy a family day out in our barn, with a four-course set menu full of delicious dishes, live music and outdoor braziers.

To Start

Pretzel roll – Adelaide Hills first harvest olive oil, confit garlic, marinated olives

Small Plates

Cold smoked Wagyu beef – Goats curd mousse, pickled baby beets, onion relish, balsamic pearls

Citrus poached prawns – Whipped avocado, edamame salsa, native finger lime, toasted sesame

Large Plates

36’ South beef cheeks – 17-hour braised, tamarind and lemongrass, wilted bok choy, fried shallot

Chermoula chicken – Wood fired thighs, fresh spring onion, charred lemon, pickled chilli

Rosemary salted potatoes and Goldings garden salad

Dessert

Chocolate brownie- Ganache, dark chocolate pearls, raspberry sorbet

 

Kids $25 per child – Choice of Chicken and Chips or Pizza served with a cold drink and gelati
