Welcome to our long-awaited series of Western Branch Collective member events! With Covid restrictions over the last two years it has been very difficult to gather our Collective but the time has now come. We can’t wait to see you at one of our 2022 events. There is just something lovely about rugging up and gathering around a fire on a winter’s night. We invite you to come and celebrate the Winter Solstice with us around the fire with a glass of red in hand. Enjoy a delicious warm smoky brisket roll with all the trimmings paired with your wine of choice and settle in for the evening. It’s cold in these Hills in June so make sure you rug up and if you prefer to sit and fire gaze, we suggest you BYO camp chairs. Don’t worry we’ll bring the marshmallows!
Here are all the details you need to know:
- Tickets include a hearty smoked brisket roll, with salad and chips and a glass of wine.
- This event is open to all WBC Members + 1 extra adult per member booking
- Due to the nature of the event, bookings are for 18+ adults only
- If the weather is wet or unfavourable for this style of outdoor event we will look to reschedule
