“On 14 January 1943, an excited young army nurse, Marjorie, and her beau married in Alice Springs with less than 24 hours notice. The whole community came together to enable this joyful and spontaneous celebration, taking place as Australia was in the grip of WW2. Β Her patients madeΒ confetti, Β friends and colleagues donated their Christmas cakes and sparkling wine and the ‘workshop boys’ fashioned her ring from a crashed Lockheed bomber. Our grandmother Marjorie always loved a celebration, so it’s fitting that our premium Sparkling wine, made in the traditional method, is dedicated to her. Marjorie is inspired by our love of great Champagne”.

Marjorie MΓ©thode Traditionelle Blanc de Blancs is inspired by our love of great Champagne. Β This wine shows delicate aromas of lemon and green apple with a creamy texture and toasted nut characters on the palate, finishing with a refreshing crispness.
