Why Braai? Our head chef Evert van Niekerk is why. Born and bred in South Africa, Evert carries with him a part of South African culture that has endured for generations, the desire to cook over the open flame. Braai is practically a national sport in South Africa, it is a way of life, it’s a time to gather, share each other’s company. It is generous and always delicious. Braai is an occasion for all to enjoy and perfect for the whole family.
