New Dining Experience – Ginkgo
We are excited to launch a new dining experience at Golding Wines and introduce you to a new style of menu in our Ginkgo restaurant.
Why Ginkgo? We named our restaurant after the beautiful Ginkgo Biloba trees that grow within our garden. You will pass these trees as you walk up the winding path from our lower car park towards the Barn. The intricately textured fan shaped leaves of the Ginkgo trees emerge in spring as vibrant lime green and then transform to the most beautiful yellow in autumn. They are much loved trees within our garden.
At our Ginkgo Restaurant you will find a menu abundant with local seasonal produce and bursting with delicious flavours. We currently offer two set menu options for you to choose from, with bookings available Friday, Saturday & Sunday and on public holidays.
Our Seasonal Plates menu features beautifully crafted and delicious dishes created by our Head Chef De Buys Nortier. You can enjoy a three or four course Seasonal Plates menu that will take you on a journey through the senses and showcase the very best produce South Australia has to offer.
We also have our Wood-Fired three course set menu for those looking for a more rustic experience, featuring shared antipasti, our famous wood-fired pizza and a dessert.
Our menu changes regularly to reflect the season and we cater for children with a delicious kids option available with both set menus.
In the warmer months seating for our restaurant is located outdoors on our Garden and Barn Terraces and in the cooler months tables are located within our sandstone Barn.
