Cellar Door Booking Information

At Golding Wines, we cater for a range of groups**, from a casual tasting and lunch experience at our Cellar Door, to a privately catered event, with an emphasis on customer service, great food and wine.

We welcome visitors to our stunning vineyard and cellar door 7 days a week, offering wine tastings, cheeseboards and platters daily, with a casual lunch menu on Fridays, weekends and most public holidays between 11.30am-3pm.


  • We can cater groups of up to 10 guests, where we offer a structured sit-down Wine Tasting Flight
  • Pricing starts at $10 per guest for our Market Series wines
  • Our wine flights showcase up to five wines, and is accompanied with a tasting plate of bite-sized morsels crafted by Head Chef, Josh Dorset
  • For groups 11 to 24 we have availability at 10am on weekends.  Contact us at the office with regards to this  group booking timeslot


  • Bookings are required for all groups of 5 and above guests
  • Groups can be booked until 2 hours prior to close of our Cellar Door (subject to availability)
  • NOTE on weekdays, we can take larger groups of 10 and over throughout the whole day.  Contact us at the office with regards to larger group bookings.


  • Monday to Thursday - 11am - 4pm: grazing platters
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays - 11.30am - 3pm: small & medium share, wood-oven pizzas, salads, platters and other daily specials (regional platters available until 4pm; subject to early Cellar Door close days)
  • Bookings of any size for lunch are essential to ensure a table, especially in our outdoor areas over warmer months


  • $2 per person up to 40 guests - $3 per person with ice cream or cream
  • $1.50 per person over 40 guests - $2.50 per person with ice cream or cream
  • NOTE: we don't allow patrons to cut up their own cake and cake must be given to staff on arrival for refrigeration


  • Set menu options are applicable for all groups 13 and over (including children), starting at $30 per adult.  Child set menu is $16 per child.
  • For groups of 30 or more guests, may be classified as a function and may incur additional surcharges
  • Group lunches at Market Kitchen are not exclusive functions and as such you will be sharing our beautiful grounds and function area with other diners on the day
  • Only the Market Kitchen menu will be available for guests, no tailored menus offered
  • Tailored beverage packages including beer can be arranged on a BAR TAB
  • NO LINEN provided but can be an added optional extra for a fee
  • NO AMPLIFIED music allowed only accoustic
  • Time frame of group bookings between 11:30am to strictly 4.30pm (subject to an early close due to a private function held at night)
  • A deposit is required initially to secure the booking.  Final payment for booking must be completed 5 days prior to event

SHARED GROUP MENUS (subject to change)

  • See our Shared Group Lunch menu if your group is 13 or more
  • If your group however is between 10-12, you may still opt into the group share menu
  • These must be pre-booked with our office
  • A deposit is required with final payment for booking to be completed 5 days prior to event


Due to the family friendly nature of our venue we do not accept any bookings for 18th and 21st birthday parties or themed bookings & dress-up parties. (e.g. hen & buck shows, bridal showers). We also have the right to refuse service and evict any intoxicated patrons or those under the influence of drugs or patrons that consume drugs on the premises.
