Group Booking Information

At Golding Wines, we cater for a range of groups**, from a casual tasting and lunch experience at our Cellar Door, to a privately catered event, with an emphasis on customer service, great food and wine.

We welcome visitors to our stunning vineyard and cellar door 7 days a week, offering wine tastings, cheeseboards and platters daily, with a casual lunch menu on Fridays, weekends and most public holidays between 12-3pm.


  • We can cater for groups from 8 to 40 guests, where we offer a structured sit-down wine Tasting Flight
  • Pricing starts at $10 per guest for our Market Series wines
  • Our next level is our $15 per guest premium wine tasting flight, featuring our Portrait Series and Single Vineyard range - Market Series wines are also able to be tasted
  • Cheese & fresh bread accompany all Tasting Flights
  • Guests experiencing our wine flights will receive 10% off their take-away wine purchases


  • Bookings are required for all groups of 8 and above guests
  • Groups of up to 10 guests can be booked until 2 hours prior to close of our Cellar Door (subject to availability)
  • Groups of 11-24 guests can only be booked in prior to 12:00pm (subject to availability)
  • Groups larger than 24 guests can be catered from 10am - 11am (subject to availability)


  • Monday to Thursday - 12noon - 4pm: cheeseboards and platters
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday & most Public Holidays - 12noon - 3pm: wood-oven pizzas, cheeseboards, platters and other daily specials (cheeseboards and platters available until 4pm; subject to early Cellar Door close days)
  • Bookings of any size for lunch are essential to ensure a table, especially in our outdoor areas

GOLDING KITCHEN GROUP BOOKING - Groups of 16 to 60 guests

  • Golding Kitchen will not be a private space, other patrons still able to book (unless numbers are over 50 guests where Kitchen will then be BOOKED OUT not CLOSED)
  • Set menu options for all groups 16 and over, starting at $30 per person
  • 40 - 60 guests may be classified as a private function and may incur a surcharge
  • Only the CD menu will be available for guests, no tailored menus offered
  • Tailored beverage packages including beer can be arranged on a BAR TAB
  • NO LINEN provided but can be an added optional extra for a fee
  • NO AMPLIFIED music allowed only acoustic
  • Time frames of hire only between 11:30am to strictly 3:30pm (4:30pm Sundays) - subject to any early close due to a private function held at night
  • No separate accounts on large groups over 30 people
  • A 10% deposit is required with final payment for booking to be completed 5 days prior to event

SHARED GROUP MENUS (subject to change)

  • Shared Option #1 - $30 per head
    Garlic & Parmesan Pizza Bread, Assorted Pizzas (2 vegetarian options, 2 meat options), Green Salads
  • Shared Option #2 - $35 per head
    As Option #1, add cheeseboards
  • Shared Option #3 - $40 per head
    As Option #2, add charcuterie boards
  • Kids Group Menu - $16 per head
    Ham & Cheese Pizza, Juice & Gelati

We can also incorporate tea/coffee and cake into shared options.

Due to the family friendy nature of our venue we do not accept any bookings for 18th and 21st birthday parties or themed bookings & dress-up parties. (e.g. hen & buck shows, bridal showers). We also have the right to refuse service and evict any intoxicated patrons or those under the influence of drugs or patrons that consume drugs on the premises.
