Booking Information

At Golding Wines, we cater for a range of groups**, from a casual tasting and lunch experience at our Cellar Door, to a privately catered event, with an emphasis on customer service, great food and wine.

We welcome visitors to our stunning vineyard and cellar door 7 days a week, offering wine tastings, cheeseboards and platters daily, with a casual lunch menu on Fridays, weekends and most public holidays between 12-3pm.


  • We can cater for groups from 5 to 9 guests, where we offer a structured sit-down wine Tasting Flight
  • Pricing starts at $10 per guest for our Market Series wines
  • Our next level is our $15 per guest premium wine tasting flight, featuring our Portrait Series and Single Vineyard range - Market Series wines are also able to be tasted
  • Cheese & fresh bread accompany all Tasting Flights
  • Guests experiencing our wine flights will receive 10% off their take-away wine purchases


  • Bookings are required for all groups of 5 and above guests
  • Groups can be booked until 2 hours prior to close of our Cellar Door (subject to availability)
  • NOTE on weekdays, we can take larger groups 10 and over throughout the whole day.  Contact us at the office with regards to larger group bookings.


  • Monday to Thursday - 12noon - 4pm: grazing platter and cheese board
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays - 12noon - 3pm: small & medium share, wood-oven pizzas, salads, platters and other daily specials (cheeseboards and platters available until 4pm; subject to early Cellar Door close days)
  • Bookings of any size for lunch are essential to ensure a table, especially in our outdoor areas over warmer months
  • CAKEAGE CHARGE: $2 per person (max charge applicable)

GOLDING KITCHEN GROUP BOOKING - Groups of 15 to 60 guests

  • Set menu options are applicable for all groups 15 and over (including children), starting at $25 per adult person.  Child set menu is $16 per child
  • For groups of 50 or more guests, may be classified as a function and may incur a surcharge
  • Group lunches at Golding Kitchen are not exclusive functions and as such you will be sharing our beautiful grounds and function area with other diners on the day
  • Only the Golding Kitchen menu will be available for guests, no tailored menus offered
  • Tailored beverage packages including beer can be arranged on a BAR TAB
  • NO LINEN provided but can be an added optional extra for a fee
  • NO AMPLIFIED music allowed only accoustic
  • Time frame of group bookings between 11:30am to strictly 4.30pm (subject to an early close due to a private function held at night)
  • A deposit is required initially to secure the booking.  Final payment for booking must be completed 5 days prior to event

SHARED GROUP MENUS (subject to change)

  • See our Shared Group Lunch menu if your group is 15 or more
  • If your group however is between 8-14, you may still opt into the group share menu
  • These must be pre-booked with our office
  • A deposit is required with final payment for booking to be completed 5 days prior to event


Due to the family friendly nature of our venue we do not accept any bookings for 18th and 21st birthday parties or themed bookings & dress-up parties. (e.g. hen & buck shows, bridal showers). We also have the right to refuse service and evict any intoxicated patrons or those under the influence of drugs or patrons that consume drugs on the premises.
