Cellar Door - Tasting Room & Golding Kitchen

Golding Cellar Door is situated just outside the township of Lobethal on stunning surroundings overlooking our estate gardens and vineyards.

We are closed on Good Friday, 19th April 2019 and ANZAC Day, Thursday 25th April 2019.


Our Tasting Room is open daily 11am - 5pm.  We may close early on days when there is a private event held at night, so please check with our office.
Here you can sample and purchase our award winning wines.  You can also enjoy a regional cheese board on our spectacular terrace overlooking our award winning gardens. During winter, we'll have the fire roaring, with plenty of cosy nooks to sit and relax indoors.
No bookings are required if you would like to undertake a tasting in our Tasting Room for individual tasters, where a fee of $5 per person is applicable.  This fee is waived on any take-away wine purchase.
For groups of 5 or more people, bookings are essential, with group charges starting at $10 per person.  For more information on booking your group, please refer to our Booking Information page.   Contact our office to book your group tasting on 83895120.
Please note: tastings are complimentary for individual lunch guests when trying to choose a wine to have with their meal.  If however you wish to try all of our wines, the $5 per person fee will be applicable as mentioned above for individual tasters up to 6 people.



On Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, the Golding Kitchen is open between 12noon to 3.00pm, serving an extended food menu featuring our famous wood-oven pizzas, cheeseboards, regional platters and other daily specials. 

Bookings of any size for lunch are essential to ensure a table, especially in our outdoor areas.
