2011 The Local Sauvignon Blanc

2011 was a challenging vintage, with steady summer rain giving way to a wetter and colder than average autumn. The resultant slower ripening has resulted in intense fruit character and vibrant aromatics. This wine has a delicate apple blossom perfume, the palate is generous in fresh fruit character with zesty fresh lime and hints of passion fruit while having a clean dry chalky finish.
