2009 The Handcart Shiraz
From Winemaker, Natasha Mooney
The Handcart Shiraz is made from premium cool climate fruit sourced from the northern part of the Adelaide Hills. It is richly perfumed with bright cassis berry fruit flavours on the nose. Matured for 12 months in older French oak this wine has lovely savoury notes and nice dry finish. It is made to drink now to three years. Enjoy with any red meat or game dishes.
